Welcome to Print Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

Print Hub provides custom printing, branding, packaging, signage, promotional products, and related services. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Print Hub reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect product information.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment or written confirmation from Print Hub.

3. Artwork Approval

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before production.

Once artwork is approved:

No design changes can be made.
Printing begins immediately.
Print Hub is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect information, layout issues, or any other errors approved by the customer.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable GST, shipping charges, and other taxes (if any) will be added during checkout where required.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments through secure payment gateways and other approved payment methods available on our website.

6. Production & Delivery

Production timelines begin only after:

Payment has been received.
Final artwork has been approved.

Delivery dates are estimates only.

Print Hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Custom Products

Most products sold by Print Hub are custom-made or printed specifically for individual customers.

Because of their personalized nature:

Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.
Customized products are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all logos, images, trademarks, artwork, and content submitted for printing.

Print Hub shall not be liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-provided content.

All website content, branding, graphics, product images, and designs created by Print Hub remain the intellectual property of Print Hub unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Hub's total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

Print Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or reputation.
