Refund policy
At Print Hub, every order is made specifically for our customers. Since most of our products are custom-designed, personalized, or printed on demand, all sales are final.
No Returns
We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.
Please review your order carefully before placing it.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Printed products
- Digital files or artwork
- Products ordered with incorrect information provided by the customer
- Change of mind after placing an order
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before design approval or before production has started.
Once the design has been approved or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at printhubjln@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, we will provide a replacement if the issue is found to be our responsibility. Refunds will not be provided.
