Order Processing
- All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and, where applicable, final artwork approval.
- Customized and printed products generally require 2–7 business days for production before dispatch.
- Production time may vary depending on the product, order quantity, and current workload.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Partner
We ship orders across India through Shiprocket and its network of trusted courier partners.
The courier partner is selected automatically based on your delivery location and service availability.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary depending on courier operations and destination.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight and dimensions
- Courier availability
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available) containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, Print Hub is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or transportation disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. Address changes may only be possible before the order is dispatched.
Print Hub is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details.
Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address,
- Customer unavailability,
- Refusal to accept delivery, or
- Failure to respond to courier communications,
the customer may be required to pay the applicable re-shipping charges before the order is sent again.
Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- Take clear photos of the package before opening it.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at printhubjln@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and photographs of the package and product.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
International Shipping
Currently, Print Hub primarily ships within India.
